SCUNTHORPE travel to Edinburgh on Friday night as they look for their first away victory of the season.
British ace Adam Ellis makes his debut for the Scorpions after signing in place of club legend Josh Auty last weekend.
Ellis, 25, heads to Armadale fresh from securing his place in the Grand Prix Challenge later in the summer.
Dave Peet and his side know they will need to be on top form to get the better of the Monarchs who are yet to taste defeat in the Championship.
Skipper Simon Lambert said: “It’s a long drive up to Edinburgh so we need to make sure we go up there looking to score some big points. As always we’re aiming to get more league points on the board.
“It almost feels like we have a new team with Adam coming in at No.1 so the season starts now and our away form is crucial for us now.
“Tero Aarnio, Theo Pijper, Thomas Jorgensen and Adam should be pretty good around there so it will be good to get a solid performance and then we should get something to bring home!”
