For Simon it was great to be able to get back racing on Monday after ten days since his last meeting.
And it was a great meeting for the Boston racer scoring 6 points from his four rides, as King’s Lynn drew 45-45 with Ipswich, at the Adrian Flux Arena.
Three days later, the two sides met again, this time at Foxhall – which historically hasn’t been a happy hunting ground for Simon.
Sadly, Simon failed to score from three outings despite being on the pace throughout. And the Stars returned to Norfolk empty handed after missing out on a losing point in the final heat.
